Ingredients for 5 servings
- 10.5 oz (300 g) of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1.7 cups (40 cl) of milk
- 3.2 oz (90 g) of butter
- 1.75 oz (50 g) of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 Mix the flour with the baking powder then gradually add the milk while mixing well to avoid lumps.
2/ Melt the butter and add it to the flour + milk mixture. Then add the eggs beaten like an omelet and the sugars.
3/ There is no need to let the batter rest, you can use it right away!
4/ Cook the waffles in a well-oiled waffle maker: the waffles should be golden.
5/ Eat the waffles immediately after cooking to keep them crispy.
