How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
3.5 oz (100 g) of peeled grey shrimp tails organic
2 new onions chopped greens included
0.4 oz (10 g) of chopped ginger
1 hard-boiled egg chopped
0.3 cup (6 cl) of dry white wine
1 lemon juice
1.1 oz (30 g) of half-salted butter
salt and freshly ground pepper
Step-by-step directions
1 Cut the feet off the mushrooms then rinse them quickly under water, peel them by removing the fine skin on top then remove the feet.
2 Cut the feet into small mirepoix (small cubes)
3 In a small saucepan pour the butter the chopped onions the mushroom feet salt and pepper then simmer gently for 5 minutes then add the white wine and ginger cook for 5 minutes finally the chopped hard-boiled egg and the grey shrimp bring back to a boil then turn off the heat and cover.
4 In a small casserole melt a little butter then place your mushrooms heads down, salt and pepper add the lemon juice then cook gently covered for 10 minutes.
5 Then fill the inside of your mushrooms with the shrimp mixture cook for 5 minutes then let rest for 10 minutes and let rest another 5 minutes.
6 Then carefully turn your mushrooms onto hot plates with the cooking juices around. a seafood meal for a small dinner for example and which will surprise I am sure your guests upon tasting.
