Ingredients
- kiwi with almond paste for about ten people:
- green almond paste
- white almond paste
- 50 g (1.75 oz) melted dark chocolate
- Cocoa
1 Form balls of almond paste the size of an apricot and roll them in cocoa.
2 Cut them in half. Place a small white ball in each half.
3 Make lines with a knife and decorate with chocolate dots to create the kiwi fruit.
