Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 beautiful chicken or 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons of tandoori paste (I used 4 tablespoons of the spice powder)
- 1 plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 8 cardamom seeds from the spice island
- 4 teaspoons of fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 2 teaspoons of garam masala
- 200 g of peeled tomatoes
- 20 cl of broth
- the juice of 1/2 lemon
