Ingredients for 4 servings
- 17.75 oz (500 g) of button mushrooms (fresh if possible)
- 1 onion
- 1.1 cups (25 cl) of dry white wine
- 1.1 cups (25 cl) of water
- 0.5 cup (12 cl) of olive oil
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 2 sugar cubes
- 2 lemons
- bay leaf, thyme
1 In a saucepan, combine the water, wine, oil, tomato sauce, juice from 2 lemons, sugar and herbs.
2 Let cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
3 Wash and slice the mushrooms, peel the onion.
4 Add everything to the sauce and let simmer gently covered for 15 minutes.
It's ready!
