Ingredients for 6 servings
- 100 g (3.5 oz) almond powder
- 120 g (4.25 oz) chocolate chips
- 2 whole eggs + 2 yolks
- 50 g (1.75 oz) flour
- 80 g (2.8 oz) icing sugar
- 100 g (3.5 oz) salted butter
1 Melt the butter cut into pieces in a saucepan with the almond powder. Mix well.
2/ Beat the whole eggs and egg yolks. Add the sifted flour and whisk vigorously.
Incorporate the icing sugar.
Pour the almond mixture into the bowl and smooth everything with a whisk.
3/ Divide half of the batter into your molds. Add a few chocolate chips and cover each mold with batter.
4/ Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (410°F) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let the cakes cool slightly before unmolding.
