Almond Chocolate Chip Moelleux soft and indulgent
Ingredients for 6 servings
- 3.5 oz (100 g) almond powder
- 4.25 oz (120 g) chocolate chips
- 2 whole eggs + 2 yolks
- 1.75 oz (50 g) flour
- 2.8 oz (80 g) icing sugar
- 3.5 oz (100 g) salted butter
Step-by-step recipe
1 Melt the butter cut into pieces in a saucepan with the almond powder. Mix well.
2/ Beat the whole eggs and egg yolks. Add the sifted flour and whisk vigorously.
Incorporate the icing sugar.
Pour the almond mixture into the bowl and smooth everything with a whisk.
3/ Divide half of the batter into your molds. Add a few chocolate chips and cover each mold with batter.
4/ Bake in a preheated oven at 410°F (210°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let the cakes cool slightly before unmolding.
