Ingredients for 4 servings
- 400 g (14 oz) of seafood
- 40 g (1.4 oz) of butter
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 30 cl (1.25 cups) of liquid cream
- 400 g (14 oz) of spaghetti
- 150 g (5.25 oz) grated parmesan
- garlic, chopped parsley
1 Brown the seafood in a saucepan with butter and oil. Add 30 cl (1.25 cups) of liquid cream and let simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
2 Meanwhile cook the spaghetti, drain it, put it in the seafood saucepan and mix well.
3 Divide into equal portions in individual oven-safe dishes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and broil in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve without delay.
