Step-by-step directions
1 Brown the seafood in a saucepan with butter and oil. Add 1.25 cups (30 cl) of liquid cream and let simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
2 Meanwhile cook the spaghetti, drain it, put it in the seafood saucepan and mix well.
3 Divide into equal portions in individual oven-safe dishes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and broil in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve without delay.
