How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.

Step-by-step directions
1 Bring 2.1 qt (2 liters) of salted water to a boil. Pour 7 oz (200 g) of gourmet quinoa and let cook on low heat for 12 minutes.
2 Drain the quinoa using a fine strainer.
3 In a salad bowl put: 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp of chopped parsley and garlic, a pinch of Cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix this sauce vigorously.
4 Add the quinoa while still warm to this sauce. Mix carefully and refrigerate for three or four hours. To consume: hot or as a salad in winter or summer, delicious with all meats and fish. Quinoa is a light dish that can be served on any occasion.

I also love quinoa which I have been using for many years with a few reservations, for example about wine vinegar. For the sauce, first put the vinegar and seasoning then add the olive oil.
