Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1) +/- 2.2 lb (1 kg) of green beans. let's avoid canned ones, as they will lack crunchiness.
- 2) +/- 4 large bintje potatoes, cut into pieces
- 3) +/- 7 oz (200 g). of smoked bacon.
- 4) +/- 32 small meatballs (veal+pork) of approximately 1.5 cm in diameter.
- 5) 1 large onion, or two medium ones!
- 6) 1 hard-boiled egg.
- 7) vinegar of your choice and, according to taste, very acidic or more mild.
- 8) savory, salt, pepper.
