- 1 goat cheese log
- 1/2 baguette
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- For decoration: walnuts, kiwi, orange, radish, endive, cherry tomatoes
To make this warm goat cheese salad recipe, start by preparing all the ingredients.
1 Slice the baguette diagonally to form large slices of bread half a centimeter thick.
2 Slice the goat cheese log and place two slices on each slice of bread.
3 Place the slices on a rack and brown under the salamander or under the oven grill.
4 Arrange the salad on the bottom of the serving plate.
5 Season with the vinaigrette prepared beforehand.
6 Alternate between the fruit and vegetable decorations and the toasted bread slices covered with melted and gratinéed goat cheese. Serve immediately.
