Serradura is a Portuguese dessert built on three layers: crushed Maria biscuits at the bottom and top, with sweetened condensed milk folded into whipped cream and gelatin in between. Requires at least 4 hours chilling. Made with heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and gelatin, it's rich and sweet, ideal after a light meal.
