Ingredients: 600 gr de crème liquide entière fraiche; 1 boite de lait concentré sucré; 4 feuilles de gélatine; 1 paquet de biscuits "maria"(on trouve au rayon "saveurs du monde" entre autre à I...ché et peu-être ailleurs,; à défaut j'ai utilisé des biscuits bruns, par exemple des speculoos) cuillères à soupe de lait.

Ingredients

600 gr of whole fresh liquid cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
4 sheets of gelatin
1 package of "maria" biscuits (found in the "world flavors" aisle among other places at I...ché and perhaps elsewhere, failing that I used brown biscuits, for example speculoos) tablespoons of milk.

Step-by-step directions

Grind the biscuits as finely as possible with a food processor or with a pestle.
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 20 minutes.
Beat the liquid cream into whipped cream and incorporate the sweetened condensed milk.
Mix gently, squeeze out the gelatin and melt it in a saucepan mixed with 3 tablespoons of milk, incorporate it into the sweetened condensed milk preparation.
Pour half of the biscuits into the bottom of a gratin dish or into individual containers.
Pour the preparation over it and finish with the other half of the biscuits.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve chilled. Bon Appétit...
