Ingredients
- 2 kangaroo steaks
- 20 cl of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 Heat oil in a pan and brown your steaks (to your preference). Salt and pepper. Set aside on a plate.
2/ In the pan, add the vinegar, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, sugar and honey.
3/ Mix everything and let reduce for a few minutes, the sauce will become syrupy. Put the kangaroo steaks back in to glaze them for a few minutes, turning them over. That's it, it's ready!!!
