Recipe: Kangaroo Steaks with Caramel Sauce

Step-by-step directions
1 Heat oil in a pan and brown your steaks (to your preference). Salt and pepper. Set aside on a plate.
2/ In the pan, add the vinegar, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, sugar and honey.
3/ Mix everything and let reduce for a few minutes, the sauce will become syrupy. Put the kangaroo steaks back in to glaze them for a few minutes, turning them over. That's it, it's ready!!!

Original recipe that may be too sweet for some, with a few small things to complete however: the weight of the steaks, if you add sugar you don't add honey in a gastrique, and 6cl of balsamic for 2 people is more than enough.
