Supions are tiny squid, just 4 to 5 cm long. The trap: overcook them and they turn rubbery. Here, 3 minutes per side on the griddle, then rest. The Charente garden vegetables pick up the caramel flavour left by the flesh.

- 1 "Pineapple" tomato blanched
- 1 "Horned of the Andes" tomato blanched
- 2 small red and green bell peppers
- 1 yellow onion (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves degerminated and chopped
- branches of "lemon" thyme
- salt and Turmeric powder
- fine salt and freshly ground pepper
- ripe olive oil
