Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 3 white onions
- 1 bunch of mint
- The juice of one lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Fleur de sel, pepper
1 Peel the cucumber and cut it lengthwise, remove the seeds.
2 Wash and remove the seeds from the peppers.
3 Wash the tomatoes.
4 Peel the onions.
5 Cut all the vegetables into small dice. Put them in a salad bowl
6 Wash and dry the mint, reserve a few leaves for decoration. Remove the leaves from the rest and chop finely. Add it to the salad.
7 Drizzle the salad with lemon juice and olive oil, season
8 Mix well and divide into 6 glasses, keep chilled
9 Decorate with a bunch of mint when serving
