- 120 g (4.25 oz) of dark chocolate
- 50 cl (2.1 cups) of thick fresh cream
- Shortbread pastry
- Puff or shortcrust pastry for tart pan

An all chocolate tart for chocolate lovers of all ages.
Step-by-step directions
1 In a saucepan, melt the chocolate broken into pieces over low heat in two tablespoons of water until you obtain a smooth mixture.
2 Add all the sugar, continue mixing with a whisk.
3 Add the eggs one by one, continue mixing with a whisk.
4 Add the thick fresh cream and mix.
5 Line the mold with the tart pastry, prick it with a fork, pour the mixture on top.
6 Put in the oven at 180°c (355°F) for 25 minutes. Prick to see if it is cooked to your liking.

Beautiful recipe, personally I prepare this tart with a pre-baked shortbread pastry base, I melt my chocolate in sweetened liquid cream then I add the eggs afterwards.
