Step-by-step directions
1 sift the semolina.
2 toast it in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, until it takes on a slightly golden color.
3 Let cool.
4 Melt the butter in a saucepan over the heat, add the honey.
5 Mix the semolina with the butter and honey, pour into plates. Decorate the surface with cinnamon.

Nice recipe from the south, you can also use it as a base with halved apricots lightly roasted on top.
