Classic tiramisu takes 3 days of preparation and lots of mascarpone. This version plays it fresh : a vibrant strawberry coulis instead of coffee, lighter and less heavy, perfect for summer. Mascarpone cream lightened with whipped egg whites, ladyfingers dipped just enough. 24 hours in the fridge and you're done.

- 2.1 oz (60 g) of sugar
- 8.75 oz (250 g) of mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons of amaretto
- 8 ladyfingers
- 17.75 oz (500 g) of strawberries
- 2.1 oz (60 g) of sugar
- 1 lime juice
