- 500 g (17.75 oz) of puff pastry (organic pure butter).
- 500 g (17.75 oz) of field potatoes samba style peeled washed and finely sliced.
- 1 yellow onion sliced.
- 2 grey shallots if possible chopped.
- 1 garlic clove degerminated.
- 60 g (2.1 oz) of cantal between 2 sliced
- fresh herbs (chives, parsley etc all chopped together).
- 1 egg yolk mixed with a spoon of cold water (egg wash)
- 1 dl of thick artisanal cream
- salt and ground pepper.
