- 2 eggs
- 10 cl (0.4 cup) of whipping cream
- 450 g (16 oz) of andouille sausage from val d'ajol, cooked beforehand
- 3 thin slices of smoked bacon
- 100 g (3.5 oz) of corn salad
- 1 bunch of chives
- 10 g (0.4 oz) of chervil and 10 g (0.4 oz) of tarragon
- 3 cl (1 fl oz) of juniper
- pepper and nutmeg
