  • 1 small zucchini from the garden*
  • all cut into brunoise (small dice)
  • a few pieces of chili pepper
  • 1 small peeled tomato from the garden*
  • a few soy beans or broad beans
  • 1 clove of garlic, germed removed, crushed and minced
  • stems of spring onions
  • a few black garlic petals (if you can find them)
  • a splash of lime juice
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • salt and white ground pepper
