  • 1 small bowl of cooked semolina seeds (120 G)
  • 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • 100 g of grated gruyere
  • 1 diced onion (finely chopped)
Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g of ground beef (unseasoned).
Frying:
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
