Ingredients
- 125 g of flour
- 75 g of butter
- 20 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 g of fine salt
- a few grains of coarse salt
- 1 star anise flower crushed and ground into powder
mix the flour then the soft butter then the salt, sugar and anise powder.
make 24 small balls then shape them into small sticks the size of a small finger then
bring to the center in the shape of a heart, take the egg white to glue the ends.
preheat your oven to 200° (th6-7).
mix your egg yolk with a teaspoon of water (egg wash)
put your pretzels on a baking sheet, brush them with a brush, sprinkle with coarse salt and lightly press the salt grains.
baking 10 min at 200°.

2nd formula
make a starter with 150ml of warm milk mixed with 30g of baker's yeast then add 400g of flour
let it double in volume covered in a warm place (30 minutes)
then in a large bowl put your starter add 150ml of milk 50g of butter and 50g of sugar, mix well then let rest covered 45 minutes
preheat your oven to 200° (th 6-7)
on your floured work surface pour your dough and make a long stick
cut slices and roll between your hands to shape your pretzels then put them on a baking sheet brush them with egg
