Ingredients

  • 250 gr of blanched almonds
  • 130 gr of sugar
  • orange blossom water
  • 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds that you toast
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • oil for frying (strainer to drain)
  • 300grs no more honey for coating (strainer to drain and soup dish below to collect the honey and put back in the pan if needed)
