  • This is a recipe adequate for persons suffering from type 2-diabetes
for 4 fruit kebabs cooked on a plancha :
  • 12 small clean strawberries
  • 2 bananas not fully ripe
  • 4 firm apricots
  • 1 nice peeled mango not too much ripe
  • 1 peeled and lemoned Granny Smith apple
  • 1 peeled and cooked red beetroot
  • 12 black grapes
  • 5 centiliters (2 lq oz) grape seed oil
  • 70 grams (2.5 oz) sesame seeds
  • 1 spurt of Grand Marnier (orange liquour) if no children
