Ingredients for 6 servings
- 180 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 10 cl milk
- 10 cl olive oil
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g grated Emmental
- 2 cans Petit Navire salmon
- 100 g feta
- 2 tbsp chopped or frozen chives, basil and parsley
- Salt, pepper
Preheat the oven to 180° (th.6). Oil a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then pour in the milk and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour this mixture over the flour and mix.
Cut the feta into cubes, crumble the salmon.
Add to the batter the grated Emmental, salmon, feta and herbs. Mix.
Pour everything into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool before unmolding.
