- 200 gr of blue feet mushrooms
- butter or oil
The blue feet (lepista nudo)
are usually gathered at the end of the season in the undergrowth this year was a bit particular since many regions escaped the frosts and given the abnormally high temperatures you find in the forests even on April 15th species that should have disappeared
Prefer young blue feet whose stem is not hollow the old ones with the oldest ones used to boil them for a few minutes in vinegared water.
