Ingredients
- 10 strawberries
- 2 apples
- 1 pear
- 150 g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 40 cl of soy milk
- 30 g of agave syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
1- Preheat your oven to 180° thermostat 6.
2- In a bowl mix the flour, eggs, salt and agave syrup.
3- Gradually add the soy milk.
4- Cut the fruits into cubes.
5- Take a cake pan, pour the mixture and arrange the fruits on top.
6- Bake for 30 minutes.

Agave syrup is extracted from a cactus and has a very natural sweetening power you can find it in your organic or dietary section.
Soy milk is very easy to digest.
This recipe is ideal for people with digestive troubles or following a special diet.
