Ingredients for 4 servings
- 50 gr fresh goat cheese
- 1 red endive
- a grating of mace (nutmeg)
- 1 bunch of chives washed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons liquid cream
1- start with the goat cheese preparation. for this, crush the cheese with a drizzle of olive oil and a little liquid fresh cream.
2- add the grating of nutmeg, then reserve in the fridge covered
3- Wipe the endive then peel it to recover the most beautiful leaves.
4- In a small saucepan, pour a little oil when it is very hot, dip the chives in it and let it fry for about a minute (being careful of splashes) then place on absorbent paper, fill the endive leaves with cheese and add a little fried chives. Guaranteed effect!
