Ingredients for 6 servings
- 6 half pears in syrup
- 6 slices of brioche bread
- 100 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of apricot jam
- 4 tablespoons of rum
1- Cut the pears in syrup into slices approximately 1 cm thick
2- In a pan, brown the brioche bread slices on both sides in butter over low heat
3- Gently heat the apricot jam, add the rum off the heat and mix
4- Cover the toasts with this mixture
5- Arrange the pear slices, brush them with a brush using some of the remaining jam mixture (to give a glossy appearance), and bake for 5 minutes in a hot oven while watching.
