/ Preheat the oven to 180°
/ In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugars. Add the eggs one by one, mixing between each addition. Blend 5 large strawberries and add them to the mixture. Then add the flour, baking powder and finish with the milk.
/ Fill your cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 12 minutes. Wait for them to cool before adding the frosting.
/ Prepare the cream, beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar and chocolate and fill a piping bag. Make a circle with this cream on the cupcakes. Refrigerate.
/ Prepare the strawberry coulis, cut the strawberries into small pieces, place them in a saucepan with the sugar, water and lemon juice. Let it bubble for a few minutes while stirring then blend the preparation, let cool.
/ Pour 1 tablespoon of strawberry coulis in the center of each cream circle. Decorate the top as you wish with strawberry pieces or candies.
Enjoy!!!
