- 2 rolls of round black licorice
- 2 tbsp of cream
- 2 eggs
- 60 g of sugar
- 60 g (flour and cornstarch).
- 150 gr of sugar
- 50 g of hibiscus flowers
- 100 ml of cream
- 20 g of powdered sugar
- 100 grams of mascarpone.
- 25 ml of hibiscus syrup.
- 1 sheet of gelatin (for me powdered agar-agar).
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Gelatin (or agar-agar or powder).
- 15 cl of milk
- 50 g of sugar
- 100 gr. cold fresh cream
- 1 tbsp of mint syrup. (Optional).
- 300 ml of milk
- 150 g of liquid cream
- 50 grams of licorice
- 10 g of sugar
