Ingredients for 6 servings
- 4 plain yogurts
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 parsley sprigs
- 1 pinch of salt
1- Wash the cucumber, tomatoes, parsley and mint.
2- Peel the cucumber.
3- Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into small dice, then finely mince the parsley and mint. Mix in the bowl starting with the salt, vinegar, herbs, grated nutmeg, yogurts, oil and finally the diced tomatoes and cucumber.
4- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving
tips: if you don't like cucumber in small dice, you can blend it. for better taste, drain the yogurt juice. Enjoy!!!
