Ingredients for 8 servings
- 5 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 yogurts made from whole sheep's milk
- 1 pot peanut oil
- 4 apples
- 100 ml limoncello
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Whisk in the robot bowl the egg yolks with the sugar and yogurts. Add the oil, flour with baking powder then the Limoncello.
Add the peeled apples and cut into slices.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them gently into the mixture and pour into a previously buttered mold.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes
