Usually this recipe is prepared with a mortar and pestle but I find that with a blender its texture is finer.
1- Cut your avocados in half without damaging the shells.
2- In the blender or bowl, place the flesh of the avocados then add all the elements of the recipe by running or mixing 1 by 1 the different elements for 10 seconds.
3- At the end add a few drops of olive oil and the diced tomatoes then taste to check the flavor.
4- Then on a nice round dish line up your 8 avocado shells and with a piping bag or spoon fill them with your guacamole, a ½ cherry tomato and a sprig of cilantro as decoration on each will allow you to present a nice appetizer.
* Cilantro to be added according to each person's taste.
