Ingredients

  • Chef Patricio's Guacamole recipe (smiles):
  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 blanched tomatoes, emptied and flesh cut into dice
  • 4 garlic cloves, deseeded, crushed and chopped
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into dice (or 3 small white and green spring onions)
  • 1 small fresh red (or green) chili, deseeded, cut into small dice
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1 hint of olive oil
  • a little chopped cilantro*
  • fine salt.
