/ Butter a 20 x 30 cm mold and arrange parchment paper letting it overhang 2.5 cm from the edge
/ Dissolve the cocoa in hot water, then let cool slightly. Work the margarine and sugar until creamy, then add the cocoa. Beat in the eggs one at a time, adding 1 tablespoon of flour after the last two. Incorporate the remaining flour and baking powder, pour into the mold and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 190°C (thermostat 6)
/ Unmold onto a rack to cool. Prepare the butter cream.
/ Cut a 3.5 cm strip along one side of the cake, then cut it into 4 squares. Cut the rest of the cake in half and spread cream on one piece and place the other piece on top. Cover the top and sides with cream; draw horizontal and vertical lines on the sides to represent stones. Cover the squares with the remaining cream and fix them to the four corners of the cake. Place the decorations
/ Cut the wafers to represent the windows and door. Cut a small piece from each chocolate stick and arrange them on the towers and all around the cake. Make them stick with the butter cream. Arrange the Playmobils: flags, soldiers, etc
To finish... The cake can be made in advance and even frozen. Chocolate cake to serve for all celebrations... Success and satisfaction guaranteed!
