  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 150 g of brown sugar
  • 100 g of raisins plumped with 12 cl of mandarin liqueur
  • 4 whole eggs beaten like an omelet
  • 1 jar of citron jam (230 g)
  • a little vanilla extract or 1 open stick for the milk.
