Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 Beautiful stale brioche with a head* cut into thick slices
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 150 g of brown sugar
- 100 g of raisins plumped with 12 cl of mandarin liqueur
- 4 whole eggs beaten like an omelet
- 1 jar of citron jam (230 g)
- a little vanilla extract or 1 open stick for the milk.
