Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 400 g of grey shrimp very much alive just out of water
  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled, degerminated and sliced
  • chopped garden herbs (flat parsley, chervil etc)
  • 8 cl of good olive oil
  • 30 g of butter 1/2 Charentais salt of course
  • freshly ground pepper (Timut if you have it).
