Ingredients for 4 servings
- 400 g of grey shrimp very much alive just out of water
- 2 cloves of garlic peeled, degerminated and sliced
- chopped garden herbs (flat parsley, chervil etc)
- 8 cl of good olive oil
- 30 g of butter 1/2 Charentais salt of course
- freshly ground pepper (Timut if you have it).
