Start by taking a bowl, put the baker's yeast, the sugar and a little lukewarm water, let it sit in a sheltered place to rise for 15 to 20 minutes
In a mixing bowl put the flour, salt, baking powder, powdered milk and mix everything together, in a separate bowl put the egg and vinegar and mix well with a fork, add to the flour and add the yeast mixture, mix everything and add lukewarm water. Knead until you have a nice ball of dough that comes away from the sides.
Take a salad bowl and put 2 tablespoons of oil on the bottom, place your ball of dough and add the other 4 tablespoons of oil on top. Cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 1 hour
After an hour, deflate the dough and form plenty of small balls as shown in the photo and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper, brush with egg yolk mixed with a little water and sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame seeds and let rise again for 15 to 20 minutes and bake at 180° until the bread is completely golden!!!
Let cool and fill
For me I filled it with breaded chicken (egg/breadcrumbs) and others with steak, salad, tomato/cheese
