Ingredients for 10 servings
- 120 g of flour.
- 120 g of butter cut into small pieces.
- a few drops of vanilla extract.
- 80 g of pine nuts.
- 20 g of melted butter.
- 175 g of honey.
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar powder.
- powdered sugar
1- Prepare the dough; pour the sifted flour into a large bowl, work the butter into the flour with your fingertips until you obtain fine breadcrumbs.
2- On a floured work surface, knead the dough, then roll it out, cut out rounds with a cookie cutter, carefully remove them and line the cavities of the mini-muffin tins.
3- Prepare the filling; spread the pine nuts on a baking sheet and lightly toast for 2 minutes.
4- Let cool, then distribute them in the mini tarts, mix the melted butter, honey and brown sugar with a fork, then cover the pine nuts with this mixture.
5- Bake and cook for 15 minutes until the mini tarts are golden, let cool slightly before unmolding.
6- Let cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
