Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 egg
- 40 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of flour
- 60 grams of praline
- 15 grams of ground hazelnuts or chopped into small pieces
- 8 grams of butter, one tablespoon of oil
- 2.5 cl of thick cream and one packet of baking powder
1- In a bowl, vigorously mix the egg and sugar until pale.
2- Add the thick cream, mix, add the flour and baking powder and mix again.
3- Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler then add to the first mixture.
4- Add the oil and ground hazelnuts. Pour this batter into small molds, muffin style.
5- Let rest for 45 minutes and bake for 15 minutes at 160°C.
You can also make this recipe by replacing with almonds.
