Ingredients for 4 servings
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 18 cl of light liquid cream 15% fat
- 180 g frozen red fruits
- 4 sheets of gelatin
- 4 cl mint syrup
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons of aspartame
distribute the red fruits at the bottom of 4 ramekins and set them aside.
soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water. when they have softened, squeeze them out and place them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
whip the liquid cream with a mixer until it becomes light and creamy.
mix the melted gelatin with the yogurt, whipped cream, vanilla sugar and aspartame.
fill each ramekin with yogurt mousse and place in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
before serving, pour a tablespoon of mint syrup over each mousse.

this summer dessert represents the dairy product of the meal, thanks to the yogurt, which complements the small portion of cheese from the main course. the contribution of red fruits helps to meet the needs for vitamins and minerals.
