Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 hard-boiled eggs and shelled (10 minutes in boiling water)
- personal vinaigrette
- salad leaves
- cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of shelled shrimp
- 120 g of canned tuna in natural juice
1- Shell the eggs.
2- Cut them in half and remove the yolks.
3- Make a vinaigrette with sour cream, vinegar or lemon juice, shallot, salt, pepper, parsley.
4- Crush the yolks and mix them with the vinaigrette.
5- Put a shrimp or some tuna in the whites and fill with vinaigrette.
6- In a dish put salad leaves and place the eggs and tomatoes on top.
