Ingredients for 5 servings
- 32 shelled snails
- 100 gr of snail butter
- 10 eggs salt and pepper
1- Pan-fry the snails, add the snail butter, then transfer to a plate.
2- Beat your eggs with a fork, salt (lightly) and pepper, then add the sautéed snails
3- Make your omelette as usual flat or rolled and serve with a small arugula salad for example.
