Ingredients

Brioche Bread with Fruits:
  • 500 g of T 80 flour
  • 1 packet of dehydrated yeast
  • 250 ml of water + 1.5 tsp of almond puree (almond milk)
  • 12 g of salt
  • 4 tbsp of hazelnut, rapeseed or walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp of agave syrup
  • 1 handful of dried apricots cut into pieces
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 1 handful of whole almonds
