Ingredients for 4 servings
- 250 g of flour
- 30 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 65 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30 cl of milk
Put the flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Then add the whole eggs and mix.
Then add the butter that you will have previously melted, then gradually dilute the mixture with milk to avoid lumps.
Let rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Cook like crepes, but making them smaller.
