Ingredients for 4 servings
- 500 g of macaroni
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- salt, white pepper, black pepper from the mill
- 1 heaping tablespoon paprika, a bit of pili-pili,
- a pinch of thyme flowers, and dried oregano fresh coriander leaves and basil
1/ Bring 3 liters of salted water to a boil.
2/ Add the chicken stock cubes to the boiling water, stir and wait 1 minute.
3/ Plunge the pasta into the water
then at half-cooking time (6 minutes), add all the spices, generously for the paprika, the salt, more lightly for the pili-pili unless you really like it very spicy (watch out for your stomach).
Stir from time to time.
4/ Once the pasta is cooked, drain it then add your freshly chopped herbs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
You can serve this pasta hot or even cold as a salad, enjoy
