Ingredients for 8 servings
- 1 cup of polenta
- 1 cup of rice milk
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of dried fruits (here hazelnuts, raisins and prunes)
- 3 tablespoons of agave or rice syrup
1- Prepare a square dish by covering it with parchment paper.
2- Put the water and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and pour the polenta very slowly, stirring well.
3- When the mixture begins to thicken well, add the agave syrup and dried fruits.
4- Mix well, then pour into the dish and let cool, then place in the refrigerator.
5- When ready to serve, cut it into squares or circles and pan-fry in olive oil on each side!
