Ingredients for 3 servings
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 onion
- 100 g grated gruyere
- 20-25 cherry tomatoes
- salt, pepper
- sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
1- Peel the onion and garlic cloves and chop them finely. Flatten the pork chops. Salt and pepper.
2- Fill each chop with: pesto, grated gruyere and chopped cherry tomatoes.
3- Roll them and secure with kitchen twine.
4- Sprinkle sweet paprika on top.
5- Melt the butter in a pan and brown the chicken breasts on all sides.
6- Add the onion, garlic, thyme and cherry tomatoes, 10 cl of water, salt, pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes.
7- Remove the twine and cut into slices. I served with bulgur and roasted cherry tomatoes.
