  • 2 eggs.
  • 150 g fresh cheese with garlic and herbs (or Boursin, Tartare....).
  • 2 packages of smoked trout with 4 slices (300 g total)
  • 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche.
  • 1 tbsp of flour + 1 of psyllium
  • (or 30 g of flour if no Psyllium)
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
