- 2 eggs.
- 150 g fresh cheese with garlic and herbs (or Boursin, Tartare....).
- 2 packages of smoked trout with 4 slices (300 g total)
- 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche.
- 1 tbsp of flour + 1 of psyllium
- (or 30 g of flour if no Psyllium)
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt, pepper
