Ingredients for 10 servings
- 250 g of flour
- 100 g of softened butter
- 125 g of sugar
- 50 g of ground almonds
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- Vanilla flavoring
- 1 egg yolk
- For decoration
- 250 g of marshmallow fondant
- 1 jar of dulce de leche
- Cookie cutter

Roll out your fondant and cut out your shape using the same cookie cutter.
All that's left is to assemble your cookies. To do this, cover the entire surface of each cookie with a thin layer of dulce de leche then place your fondant shape on top.
And there you have it, nothing left to do but enjoy with a nice cup of tea!
